When trying to open your case a permission prompt may appear.
Please click "Allow" so that the program can function properly.
If you accidentally select Block, you can change the settings by clicking the Site Information View icon () on the left side of the address bar at the top of your browser screen.
Find the 'Apps on your device' option and turn it ON.If you do not see the 'Apps on your device' option when you click the Site Information View icon, please click 'Site Settings' and change 'Apps on your device' to 'Allow' at the bottom.
